Returns & Exchanges
Since most WRCO gear is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change-of-mind reasons.
But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. We’ve got you.
Here’s how it works:
* You have 7 days from delivery to report an issue
* Email info@wildrayburnco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
* If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no cost
What’s not covered:
* Wrong size ordered
* Buyer’s remorse or change of preference
* Orders with incorrect address info (please double-check before confirming)
